Realistic: We don’t believe in exercise fads, crash diets, or quick fixes. We are powered by hard work, encouragement, and determination.
Exciting: Working out should be fun and engaging. At FDR we do all types of work outs from traditional strength, cardio and body weight work outs to more creative work outs like trivia work outs, military scenario work outs, wood day ( where you do everything lifting a big piece of wood) to playground work outs. We are not afraid to try any type of work and we have something for everyone.
Affordable: Exercise should be enjoyed by people from all walks of life. At FDR there are no hidden fees or pay scales based off your profession. I promise to always keep the prices and fees transparent.
Longevity: Years of exercise and wellness are far more important than one great work out or max lift. At FDR we will challenge you to get better in all areas of fitness, but never to the point of causing serious injury to your person. Taking care of your body, injury prevention, and overall health is our number one responsibility at FDR.

12/1: 3 circuit Bw training
12/3: Wood and Pipe work out
12/5: Stadiums at UF
12/6 (sat 11am): 30 min work out and ultimate fribee time
12/8: 1000 Rep challenge
12/10: Stability exercises, core and cardio
12/12: DB strength and cardio day
12/13: Monopoly work out (location TBA)
12/15: BW Pyramid
12/17: Team challenge
12/19: 12 days of xmas
12/20: Holiday trivia and Frisbee last work out of 2014
