At FDR we do all types of work outs from traditional strength, cardio and body weight work outs to more creative work outs like trivia work outs, military scenario work outs, wood day ( where you do everything lifting a big piece of wood) to playground work outs. We are not afraid to try any type of work and we have something for everyone.
Affordable: Exercise should be enjoyed by people from all walks of life. At FDR there are no hidden fees or pay scales based off your profession. I promise to always keep the prices and fees transparent.
Longevity: Years of exercise and wellness are far more important than one great work out or max lift. At FDR we will challenge you to get better in all areas of fitness, but never to the point of causing serious injury to your person. Taking care of your body, injury prevention, and overall health is our number one responsibility at FDR.

Monday 5:30 Interval Training with Abs Focus: A fast paced work out just using your own body weight, with lots of abs. Will have different fitness level options to challenge everyone equally.
Wednesday 5:30 Str and KBs: A work that will focus on str and muscle endurance with very little cardio.
Friday 5:30 UF Stadiums (meet at Spirals): Will be doing a leg intensive cardio based work out, using all the different running options the stadium provides. Mixing in Sprints, and endurance cardio. Will have different fitness level options.
